Bundles and annual billing

Keepface prices each product separately, then gives money back in two ways when you buy more of it, or buy it for longer.

The three bundles

You never select a bundle. The Change plan page looks at the products in your selection and applies the largest bundle that fits, so a stack that qualifies for both Marketing Pack and Sales Pack is matched to the larger one.

If your selection carries an extra product that is not part of the matched bundle, that product is charged at its full tier price. The discount only ever applies to the products inside the bundle definition.

Annual billing

Switching the period to annual takes 30% off, and it stacks on top of any bundle discount rather than replacing it. Annual applies to core products and to add-ons alike.

How a quote is built

1. Add up the monthly price of every core product at the tier you picked.
2. Find the largest matching bundle and take 10% off the products inside it.
3. Add the add-ons at their flat monthly price, with no bundle discount.
4. If the period is annual, take another 30% off the core subtotal and off the add-on subtotal.
5. Round up to the next whole dollar. The yearly figure is that monthly total times twelve.

The quote panel on Company settings, Billing, Change plan shows each of those steps live, including the bundle it matched and what it saved you. It also flags when you are one product away from a richer bundle, so you can see whether adding it would actually cost you less than not adding it.

At checkout

The bundle discount is applied as a promotion on the Stripe checkout session, so the amount your card is charged is the discounted one. Savings shown while you are configuring are indicative, and the checkout page is the number that counts.
