Cancel or downgrade

Cancellation stops auto-renewal; you keep features until the end of your paid period. Downgrades take effect at the next billing period. Refund only for technical errors.

Cancel

Workspace settings → Billing → Cancel subscription. Stops auto-renewal at the end of your current paid period. You keep all Pro/Enterprise features until that date.

After expiry, the workspace downgrades to Free, 1 campaign active, basic reporting only.

Downgrade

Workspace settings → Billing → Change plan → Downgrade. Takes effect at the next billing period start, not immediately. You keep the higher tier features until then.

What happens to active campaigns post-downgrade

  • Free’s 1-active-campaign limit kicks in, additional active campaigns auto-pause (no new activity but data retained)
  • You can re-activate by upgrading again, or reach out to support for export

Refunds

Pro-rata refunds aren’t standard. Full refund only if:

  • A technical bug billed you for a feature you didn’t use
  • Duplicate Stripe charge

Otherwise, the paid period runs out and that’s the trade.

Data retention after Free

All data retained for 90 days post-downgrade. Beyond that, archived workspaces auto-clean campaigns older than 12 months unless you re-upgrade.
