Refund policy

Subscription pro-rata refunds only for technical errors. Wallet top-ups only for duplicate charges. Escrow refunds when influencer fails. PAYG (unlocks, outreach) refundable for automatic-rule failures.

Refundable

  • Duplicate Stripe charges, automatic refund within 24h
  • Subscription billed despite cancellation, full refund
  • Failed Intelligence Unlock, inactive profile, stale data, duplicate within 24h
  • Escrow, influencer missed deadline, won dispute, or voluntarily cancelled
  • Wallet auto-correction, clear technical error in our ledger

Not refundable

  • “Changed my mind on a top-up”, once KPC is in your wallet, it’s yours to spend
  • “The campaign didn’t perform well”, outcome isn’t a refund trigger
  • “Bonus KPC”, promotional, never withdrawable or refundable
  • Outreach quota beyond a campaign that didn’t yield results, sends counted toward use regardless

Request a refund

If you believe a charge was wrong, email [email protected] within 14 days with:

  • The charge reference (from Workspace → Invoices)
  • What you believe the issue is

We respond within 1 business day. If approved, refund processes via Stripe in 5-10 business days.

Disputes via card issuer

If you skip our refund flow and dispute with your card issuer, the charge is escalated to our risk team. Account may pause pending resolution. Always try us first.
