White Label is a flat $250 a month add-on that puts your logo, colours, email sender and custom domain on every influencer, affiliate, customer and employee surface, and you can turn it on yourself.
White Label turns Keepface into your product. Influencers, affiliates, customers and employees see your logo, your colours, your domain and email from your address, with no Keepface branding anywhere on the surfaces they touch.

What the base price includes
- A custom domain, for example
influencers.yourbrand.com - Your logo, colours and favicon across the portals
- A custom email sender with your own templates
- Branded influencer, affiliate, customer and employee portals
- Keepface branding hidden everywhere on those surfaces
Turn it on
- Open Company settings, Billing, Change plan (
/company/billing/change-plan), or start from the White Label page on the marketplace. - Toggle White Label in the add-ons strip and pick monthly or annual.
- Continue to checkout and pay by card.
- Go to Company settings, White label to upload the brand kit, set the email sender and add your domain.
Adding a domain
Each surface (influencer, affiliate, customer advocacy, employee advocacy) can carry its own domain. Keepface gives you the DNS records to add and then verifies them for you, provisioning the certificate once the records resolve.
You get one domain on the base price. If you try to add a second, Keepface tells you the allowance is used. The extra-domain add-on is not on sale in the plan page today, so ask sales to grant it. Beyond a second domain, ask about the Agency Add-on instead, which is built for running many client brands at once.

Frequently asked questions
Is White Label a tier or an add-on?
An add-on. It has one flat price with no Free, Starter or Growth version, so it sits on top of whatever tiers you already run.
How many custom domains do I get?
One is included in the base price. A second domain is not sold self-serve today, so ask sales to add it. Past a couple of domains the Agency Add-on is usually the better fit.
Does annual billing apply to White Label?
Yes. The same 30% annual discount applies, which works out at $175 a month, billed yearly.
Do I need to talk to sales to start?
No. White Label is self-serve. Pick it on the Change plan page, pay by card, and configure it in Company settings.
Is White Label included with the Agency Add-on?
Not any more. The Agency Add-on used to bundle it and no longer does, so a brand that wants both pays for both.
