Single-brand setup, when one company has only one brand

Companies running a single brand still get the Company + Brand split, but operationally it feels like one workspace. The default Brand is auto-created at signup.

The default

When you sign up your Company, Keepface auto-creates a Brand with the same name. You’ll mostly work inside that Brand without thinking about it.

What stays at Company

Even with one Brand, financial decisions live at Company:

  • Wallet top-ups, billing, tax info
  • Team members + roles
  • Integrations

Operations sit on the single Brand. The switcher shows just the one option.

Do I need multiple Brands?

Add a second Brand when you have a campaign that genuinely belongs under a different identity, e.g. you launch a new product line with its own logo, or you acquire a separate brand under the same parent company.

If you’re running one product line under one identity, stay with one Brand. There’s no penalty.

Switching later

Adding Brands later is fine, no migration needed. The original Brand stays as-is; you add the new one alongside.
