Add brand assets and guidelines
Upload assets to the campaign once. Every invited influencer sees the asset library and can download for use. Files persist with the campaign for 90 days post-completion.
What to share
- Logo, high-res transparent PNG + dark/light variants
- Product images / packaging, clean shots influencers can include
- Brand guidelines snippet, colors, fonts, voice (PDF or page link)
- Reference content, past influencer posts that nailed the brand
- Don’ts, what NOT to show (competitor products, certain backdrops)
How
Campaign → Assets → Upload. Drag-and-drop, multi-file. Each asset has visibility scope, all invited influencers, accepted only, or a specific subset.
Limits
- 25 MB per file
- 100 files per campaign
- Video > 25 MB? Link an external Drive / Dropbox URL instead
Retention
Assets stay attached for the campaign’s lifetime + 90 days post-completion. After that the files are purged but their references stay in the campaign record.
