Set the campaign timeline
A campaign has a launch date (when invitations send), a posting window (when influencers must publish), and an end date (when reports finalize). Grace periods buffer last-minute slips.
Three key dates
- Launch, invitations go out at this moment. Influencers see it in their inbox immediately.
- Posting window, earliest and latest dates a deliverable can publish. Useful for coordinated launches.
- Hard deadline, beyond this date, submissions trigger automatic dispute eligibility for the brand.
Grace period
Optional: add a 24-72 hour grace after the deadline. Influencers can still submit during grace, but you keep dispute rights if quality slips. Most campaigns use 24h grace.
Time zones
Set the campaign’s time zone explicitly. Deadlines render in each influencer’s local time alongside the campaign zone to avoid confusion.
Real-world tip
Don’t compress timelines. A 24-hour brief-to-post window catches almost no good influencers, they have content schedules. 7-10 days is the sweet spot for most campaigns.
