Creator-Quote mode, ask influencers to name their price
Creator-Quote mode replaces the fixed price range with a price proposal from each influencer, which you accept or reject one by one in the Creator price proposals inbox.
Creator-Quote mode is for campaigns where you do not want to name a price first. Instead of a From/To range, every influencer tells you what they want, and you decide proposal by proposal.
Turn it on
- Open the campaign form and go to the Compensation step.
- Switch on Fixed payment.
- Tick Ask creators to quote their price.
The From and To inputs disappear because you are no longer setting the price. The campaign currency stays, and it is the currency every proposal is denominated in.
You can still add Affiliate, Performance or Barter on the same campaign. Creator-Quote only changes how the cash fee is decided.
What the influencer sees
After accepting the invitation, the influencer gets a Your price for this campaign card on the campaign page with a single amount field and a live breakdown:
- what they will receive
- the Keepface fee, 20 percent
- what the brand pays
They can also send the number from WhatsApp or Telegram, where the outreach bot asks for a price and accepts a plain number, or through a single-use link in the invitation email that signs them in and opens the form. Whichever channel they use, there is only ever one proposal per influencer per campaign.
Your inbox
A Creator price proposals panel appears on the campaign’s Recruitment tab once the mode is on. Each row carries the influencer, the proposed amount, the net to the influencer and the amount that gets reserved, plus Accept and Reject.
- Accept reserves the proposed amount from the campaign’s outreach budget and writes it in as that influencer’s agreed price, so the normal payment pipeline picks it up.
- Reject is final for that influencer on this campaign.
Either decision notifies the influencer.
If the budget will not cover a proposal
Accepting is gated on the campaign’s escrow balance. When the balance is short, nothing is charged and a dialog opens with three lines: the influencer’s price, the escrow available and the top-up needed, with a button that takes you to the campaign payment page. Once the funds land you can accept the proposal.
Proposal states
| State | What it means | What can happen next |
|---|---|---|
| Submitted | Waiting for your decision | You accept or reject, or the influencer replaces the number |
| Accepted | Price agreed and reserved | The influencer can still withdraw, which puts a new decision back in your inbox |
| Rejected | You declined it | Terminal, no further proposals from that influencer on this campaign |
| Withdrawn | The influencer pulled it back | They can send a new price, which arrives as a fresh proposal |
When to use it
- You do not know the market rate for a tier or a country and want the range to come to you.
- Your influencer list mixes tiers widely enough that one range would be wrong for most of them.
- You would rather compare real asks than negotiate every thread by hand.
When you already know what you want to pay, a plain From/To range is faster, because there is no inbox to work through before starting anyone.

Frequently asked questions
Where do I turn Creator-Quote mode on?
In the Compensation step of the campaign form, inside the Fixed payment card. Tick "Ask creators to quote their price". The From and To fields drop out, the campaign currency stays.
Can I still use other compensation blocks with it?
Yes. Creator-Quote only changes how the fixed payment is priced. Affiliate, Performance and Barter work exactly as they do on any other campaign.
What happens if I accept a proposal I cannot cover?
Nothing is charged. Keepface checks the campaign's escrow balance first, and if it is short it opens a top-up dialog showing the proposed price, what is available and the exact shortfall, with a link to the payment page.
Can an influencer change their price after sending it?
While the proposal is waiting for your decision, yes, and the new number replaces the old one. After you accept, they can withdraw and send a different price, which comes back to your inbox as a fresh decision.
Is a rejection final?
Yes. Once you reject a proposal, that influencer cannot send another price for this campaign.
Does the influencer see the Keepface commission?
Yes, before they submit. The form shows what they will receive, the Keepface fee of 20 percent and what you will pay, as three lines that update as they type.
