Define deliverables, post type, count, deadline

Define deliverables tightly, 1 Reel (60s, vertical, Instagram, by Oct 14) beats "post about our product." Tight specs eliminate disputes.

Per-deliverable fields

  • Platform, Instagram / TikTok / YouTube / X / Facebook / Twitch
  • Format, Post / Reel / Story / Live / Video / Tweet / Thread
  • Count, number of pieces (e.g. 1 Reel + 3 Stories)
  • Length, for video, min/max seconds
  • Orientation, vertical / horizontal / square
  • Deadline, exact date, with optional grace window
  • Posting window, earliest start; some campaigns require a launch coordinated date

Stacked deliverables

A campaign can have multiple deliverable types per influencer. Each is approved independently, partial approval is possible (you approve the Reel but dispute the Stories).

Required brief elements

Tag each deliverable’s brief with required hashtags, mentions, and CTAs. These show up on the submission as a checklist for the influencer.
