CRM overview
The Brand CRM holds private notes, tags, and segment memberships on every contact (influencer, customer, employee). Only your Brand's team sees it; other brands never do.
What’s in the CRM
- Influencers, every influencer you’ve engaged with (invited, unlocked, or saved)
- Customers, imported via Shopify/CSV (Customer Advocacy)
- Employees, synced via HRIS (Employee Advocacy)
Per-contact features
- Private notes (visible only to your Brand’s team)
- Tags (your own taxonomy, separate from Keepface’s classification)
- Segments (saved lists of contacts matching criteria)
- Interaction log (auto-populated, campaigns, messages, deliverables)
Privacy boundary
CRM data is scoped to your Brand. Even other Brands inside the same Company can’t read your CRM unless you explicitly share. HR Manager role users only see employees.
Brand-private overlay
We surface your private notes inline on the influencer’s public card whenever you view them, so context follows you across the marketplace.
