On any influencer profile or campaign card → menu → Add note → text + optional tags. Saves instantly.
Where notes appear
Wherever your Brand views that influencer, public marketplace card, campaign roster, search results. A small “1 note” indicator clicks open to the full note.
What to use it for
- “Worked with us in 2024, easy to work with, hits deadlines”
- “Asked for 2x rate last time, decline auto-renewal at default rate”
- “Reposts our content unprompted, VIP for next campaign”
What not to use it for
- Sensitive PII you couldn’t justify storing (compliance hygiene)
- Subjective grading of people (use tags + private team docs)
Access
Brand-scoped. Owners + Admins + Members of your Brand can read/write. HR Manager role cannot see influencer notes. Other Brands inside your Company cannot see your notes unless you explicitly export and share.
