The Customer Advocacy tabs, a guided tour

Customer Advocacy is organised into eight tab groups (Overview, Customers, Tasks, Feedback, Growth, Automation, Analytics, Settings), each holding two to six pages.

Customer Advocacy lives at /company/customer-advocacy. The flat list of pages got long, so they are grouped into eight tabs. The top strip picks the group, and a second row of pills picks the page inside it.

The eight groups

Overview

The hub shows four numbers for the last 30 days: Advocates, NPS, Tasks approved, Referrals qualified. Below them sits a points emission bar (how many points you minted this month against your cap) and two panels: Top advocates and Recent activity.

If your program is still empty, an onboarding card appears with the four first moves: import customers, create your first task, send a welcome broadcast, share your invite link.

Get started

Five guided steps, each of which marks itself done from live data:

  1. Add your customers, by import or by letting people sign themselves up through your invite link
  2. Give them something to do, with a one-click starter pack of the three most popular tasks
  3. Give points a purpose, with a one-click starter reward (a 10 percent coupon at 500 points)
  4. Welcome your customers, the email that tells imported customers the program exists
  5. Grow on autopilot, by putting your invite link in an Instagram bio, a QR code on packaging, or an embed card

Tasks carries a badge

The Tasks tab shows a live count of submissions sitting in Approvals. Most verification methods resolve themselves, so anything that reaches the queue is genuinely waiting on a human.

Settings is where the guardrails live

  • Governance: monthly points emission cap, per-task budget enforcement, emergency stop
  • Tiers: the weights and thresholds behind Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum
  • Emails: per-workspace subject and body overrides for every advocacy email kind
  • Webhooks: push advocacy events to your CRM, Slack pipeline or warehouse
  • Consents: the append-only grant and revoke vault
  • Audit log: every write that touched advocacy data, with actor and timestamp

Twenty-six pages, grouped into eight tabs. The top strip shows the eight groups; a second row of pills shows the pages inside the group you are in.
