The Insiders portal and invite links
The Insiders portal is a public, password-free surface at keepface.com/insiders where your customers sign up through an invite link and then do tasks, redeem rewards and invite friends.
Customer Advocacy has a public half. Everything a brand configures in the hub shows up for customers in the Insiders portal, and the invite link is how they get there.
Invite links
Growth then Invite links manages them. A default link is minted for you on first visit, so every workspace has at least one shareable URL from day one.
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Slug | The path segment, used as keepface.com/insiders/<slug> |
| Short slug | Optional, gives you the shorter keepface.com/i/<slug> |
| Channel | Instagram bio, QR on packaging, ambassador, custom, and so on |
| Status | Active or disabled |
Each row shows clicks, signups, and the activation rate between them, so you can tell which channel actually converts. Every link also offers a QR code and an embed snippet.
How a customer joins
- They open the invite link and see your brand’s join page
- They fill a short form: email, optional name, optional country
- They tick the required boxes (18 or older, program rules) and optionally opt in to marketing email
- A verification email goes out, signed and time-limited
- Clicking it verifies the address and drops them straight into the portal with a session cookie
Signup is rate limited, resend has a 60 second cooldown and a cap of five in 24 hours, and the verification link itself is signed so it cannot be forged.
What a customer sees in the portal
Five tabs:
- Tasks: what is available, what is in progress, and the points each pays
- Rewards: your catalog, priced in points, with a Redeem button
- Invite: their personal referral link and how many people used it
- History: their points ledger, every credit and debit
- Profile: name, locale, Telegram handle, notification settings, data export, account deletion
They can also subscribe to push notifications from Profile.
Coming back later
There is no password. From the portal login page a customer enters their email and gets a fresh magic link. The same anti-abuse shape applies: one send per minute, five per 24 hours.
Telegram-verified tasks
Tasks with the Telegram verification method render an Open Telegram button in the portal. That opens @keepface_bot with a signed payload, the bot confirms the action (including channel membership where the task asks for it), and points are awarded without you touching anything. Repeated taps are safe, the approval is idempotent.
Referrals from inside the portal
The Invite tab gives each member a personal link of the form keepface.com/r/<code>. A click plants a 30 day cookie and forwards to your primary active invite link, so the friend lands on the normal join page and the referral is still attributed when they sign up.

Frequently asked questions
Do customers need a Keepface account?
No. The portal has no password. Entry is always a fresh magic link emailed to the address on file, and the session cookie lasts 30 days.
What does an invite link look like?
keepface.com/insiders/<slug>, or the shorter keepface.com/i/<slug> when you set a short slug. Both render the same join page.
Can I have more than one invite link?
Yes. Create one per channel (Instagram bio, QR on packaging, podcast host code, checkout CTA) and every click and signup is counted per link.
How do imported customers find the portal?
Through the welcome email. Imported customers do not know the program exists until you send it, which is why it is a step on the Get started page.
Is there a way to put the invite on my own site?
Yes. Each link has an Embed button that gives you a one-line script tag for an invite card, and a QR code link for print.
