Browse influencers as a signed-in brand

Once you are signed in, Discovery gives you the full paginated influencer database with country, platform, tier, follower and engagement filters, while curated lists still show six samples each.

There are two different discovery surfaces on Keepface, and confusing them is the most common misunderstanding brands have.

SurfaceWho sees itHow much it shows
A curated list pageEveryone, signed in or notSix sample influencers, randomised, no paging
DiscoverySigned-in brand workspacesThe influencer database, paginated, with filters

The six-sample rule is a property of a list: it stops an assembled audience being copied off the platform. It was never a cap on what a signed-in brand can search. See Why you only see 6 sample influencers per list.

What you can filter on

Discovery filters on the influencer and account data itself:

  • Country
  • Platform
  • Tier
  • Follower range, a minimum and a maximum
  • Engagement rate range
  • Plus free-text search on name or handle

Filters combine, and numeric fields debounce while you type, so typing a five-digit follower floor is one search rather than five.

What is excluded, always

Two exclusions are enforced at the query level rather than filtered out of the results, so the counts never leak either:

  1. Private records. An influencer a brand added privately to its own CRM is visible to that brand only. They never appear in anyone else’s Discovery.
  2. CRM lists. A workspace’s own CRM roster is a private roster, not marketplace inventory, so it is excluded from every discovery surface.

Brand pages and accounts that are not people are also kept out: an account classified as a brand account is not an influencer.

The follower floor, and where it does not apply

There is a 5,000-follower floor in the system, and it is narrower than most people assume:

  • It applies only to scraped accounts with no registered person behind them
  • It applies only to the public, search-engine-facing surfaces: category and cluster pages, the top-influencer rails, the public account sitemap, and the outreach eligibility gate
  • It is deliberately not applied in brand Discovery, in the country and platform filters, in a list’s six samples, or in strategy-board samples

An influencer with a registered Keepface profile is never hidden by their follower count anywhere. A 2,000-follower influencer who signed up is fully browsable; a 2,000-follower scraped account with nobody behind it is not indexed publicly.

From a row to a next step

Each result gives you the same three moves:

  1. Open the profile to read the free Overview and Portfolio
  2. Add to a list or add to your CRM without leaving Discovery
  3. Unlock the full AI Intelligence report when you are about to commit budget

On the Free plan the number of profiles you can open in a month is limited; paid plans remove that limit. Your plan also caps how many influencers you can keep saved.

Frequently asked questions

So the six-sample rule does not apply here?

Correct. Six is a rule about a curated list's preview, not a global cap. Signed in, you browse the influencer database itself with paging and filters.

Why can I see small influencers here but not on the public category pages?

The follower floor is an indexing rule for public, search-engine-facing pages, and it only applies to scraped accounts with no registered person behind them. Brand Discovery deliberately drops it, because a small influencer can still be the right one.

Are private influencers in here?

No. Anyone a brand added privately to its own CRM stays in that brand's CRM. Discovery excludes them, and it excludes CRM lists too.

Does opening a profile cost anything?

Opening a profile is free. Reading the full AI Intelligence report is the paid step. On the Free plan the number of profiles you can open in a month is capped.

Can I add someone straight to a list from here?

Yes. Each row can be added to one of your workspace lists or to your CRM without leaving the page.
