Compliance review, draft, approve, reject
Compliance review is the bridge between draft and library. Reviewers approve, request edits, or reject; nothing reaches employees until at least one approval is logged.
Why review
Public sector, financial services, healthcare, and any regulated industry can’t have employees freelancing brand messaging. Even outside regulated industries, brand voice slip-ups are expensive. Review catches both.
Set reviewers
Post Library → Settings → Reviewers → add Users with the Reviewer scope. You can require:
- Single approval (any one reviewer signs off)
- Dual approval (legal + brand, both required)
- Department-specific (e.g. Finance posts go to a finance reviewer)
Reviewer experience
A reviewer sees pending_review posts in their dashboard. Per post they can:
- Approve, promotes to
approved, lands in employee library - Request edits, comments inline, sends back to
draft - Reject, explanation required, archived
