The Employee Advocacy tabs, a guided tour

Employee Advocacy has nine tabs (Overview, Setup, Employees, Post library, Analytics, Comments, Leaderboards, Audit log, Settings), and Settings splits into four sub-pages.

Employee Advocacy lives at /company/employee-advocacy. Nine tabs sit across the top, and Settings opens into a four-item side nav.

Overview

Employees, Connected, Shares in 30 days, Clicks in 30 days. Under them a recent-activity feed you can filter by platform and by employee, with the employee’s name and avatar on every row.

Setup

Five steps, each showing live status pulled from the same endpoints the other tabs use:

  1. Add your team, by CSV import, HRIS connection, or a shareable join link
  2. Connect channels
  3. Approve a post so there is something to share
  4. Set prizes on the leaderboards
  5. Go live

Employees

The directory is the mirror of the customer directory, with a Department column and filter that the HR-shaped metadata adds. Employee records are classified PII and are never visible on the public marketplace. Each row opens a detail page with the person’s own analytics.

Three ways in: CSV import, an HRIS connection synced daily, or the self-serve join link (an employee opens it, signs in with their work email, and an admin approves the request).

Post library

Three kinds of content live here side by side: posts your marketing team authors, posts an employee wrote themselves, and boosts (a real published post added by link so the team can like, repost and comment on it). An origin filter switches between All, Brand posts and Employee posts.

Settings, four sub-pages

  • Departments: define them once and they become a dropdown on the join form
  • Gamification: rename levels, set the points each takes, write its tagline and perks, and toggle achievement emails
  • Rewards: turn a period on, choose how many winners, and give each place a picture, a title and a description
  • Earned media: the reach, CPM and CPE benchmarks behind earned media value, per channel

Frequently asked questions

Where does a brand start?

The Setup tab. It is a five-step checklist that updates itself as you add employees, approve a post and set prizes.

What is the Comments tab?

Voice-of-audience analytics built from the public comments we scrape on employee posts and shares: volume, mood, top voices and themes.

Can I remove the Setup tab once we are live?

It retires itself once the steps are done. It is a pilot aid, not a permanent surface.

Is this the same hub as Customer Advocacy?

No. Employee Advocacy is a separate product with its own tables, permissions and settings. Nothing configured here affects Customer Advocacy.
