Connect billing details
Add a payment method (Stripe) so you can top up your Company wallet and run campaigns.
Keepface uses a wallet model: you top up your Company wallet with real money, then spend that balance on outreach, profile unlocks, and campaigns. To top up, you need a payment method on file.
Connect a card or bank
- Open Workspace settings → Billing
- Click Add payment method
- Enter card details (or use a saved card if you’ve topped up before)
- Confirm
We use Stripe to process all payments. Your card details never touch our servers, they’re tokenized by Stripe.
What you can pay with
- Credit / debit cards, Visa, Mastercard, Amex
- Local payment methods, depends on your country (shown at checkout)
- Bank transfer, for top-ups above $5,000, contact support
Tax and invoicing
- Add your VAT / tax ID in Workspace settings → Billing → Tax info before topping up, invoices issued without it can’t be amended later
- Invoices appear in Workspace settings → Invoices within a few minutes of each top-up
