Essential, launch priority

Your brand's keepb.io page

A keepb.io page is one short public address (keepb.io/yourbrand) that carries your brand header, your own links, your open public campaigns, your affiliate products and a Work with us form whose applications land in your Applications inbox and your CRM.

A keepb.io page is your brand’s own link-in-bio page: one short public address you can put in your Instagram and TikTok bio, in an email signature, or on a pack insert. It lives at keepb.io/<your name> and is edited from Link in bio in your company panel.

The three automatic blocks

These three are filled by Keepface, not typed by you. You decide whether each one is shown.

  1. Work with us. An influencer submits name, email, Instagram or TikTok handle and an optional message (up to 2000 characters). Every application lands in your Applications inbox and in your Keepface CRM. See Applications and insights.
  2. Open campaigns. Campaigns whose recruitment is public, whose status is active, that have deliverables set and that have not passed their end date. At most 6, newest launch first, each linking to its public campaign page. Draft and invite-only campaigns are never listed.
  3. Products. Your affiliate programme pages, one card per brand, at most 8, each linking to its public /affiliate/<slug> page. The card uses the programme’s hero title, subtitle and image, falling back to the brand logo.

If a block has nothing to show, the panel tells you why instead of rendering an empty box: “No public campaign is open right now. Launch one and it shows here”, or “Turn on your affiliate programme page and it shows here”.

Page type decides the order

When you set the page up you pick what it is for, and that arranges the blocks:

Page typeWhat leads the page
Find influencersA Work with us call to action, then socials, links, campaigns, products
Sell productsProducts first, then socials, links, campaigns, Work with us
Grow audiencePlatform buttons first, then links, campaigns, products, Work with us

Changing the page type rearranges the blocks. It never deletes your links.

Who can do what

  • Owner and Admin can create and edit the page.
  • Member and Viewer can open the panel and read it, but cannot save changes.

Roles are explained in Workspace roles.

Safety and privacy

  • Nothing is created until you finish setup, so opening the panel and backing out leaves no public page.
  • Your WhatsApp and Telegram stay hidden until you switch them on. Influencers can always reach you through Work with us.
  • A brand page never carries a verification tick, because Keepface holds no verification flag for companies.
  • An application creates or reuses an influencer record that stays private to your workspace. It never reaches discovery or another brand.

Frequently asked questions

Does my company get a keepb.io page automatically?

No. Opening Link in bio creates nothing. The page exists only after you press "Create our keepb.io page" and finish setup, so a workspace that does not want one never appears at a public address.

Which campaigns show on the page?

Only campaigns that are public recruitment, active, have deliverables set and have not passed their end date. Up to 6, newest launch first. Invite-only and draft campaigns never show.

Do brand pages get a verified tick?

No. A company has no verification flag on Keepface, so the page never shows one. A tick without a real check would be a lie.

Who on my team can edit the page?

Owners and Admins (they hold settings.edit). Members and Viewers can open the panel and read it, but cannot change the page.

Can influencers see my private lists or CRM from the page?

No. The page only renders what you put on it plus your public campaigns and your affiliate programme pages. Nothing brand-private is exposed.
