Applications and insights
Every Work with us application lands in the Applications inbox and in your Keepface CRM as a workspace-private record, and the Insights section shows views, clicks, CTR, clicks per link, countries, devices and traffic sources over 7, 30 or 90 days.
Your keepb.io page collects two things worth reading: applications from influencers, and numbers about who opened the page and what they tapped.
The Applications inbox
The Applications section of the Link in bio panel is the inbox for your Work with us form. It has two tabs, Inbox and Archived, 20 per page, newest first, with an unread badge on the menu row.
Each row shows:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Name | What the applicant typed, up to 120 characters |
| Email address | Where you reply |
| Platform and handle | Instagram or TikTok, linked to the profile |
| Message excerpt | The full message (up to 2000 characters) opens on the detail view |
| Date | When it arrived |
Actions on a row: mark read, archive, reply by email (the subject is prefilled with “Your application to work with us on keepb.io/yourname”), and open your CRM.
If you also run the Email signup block, those addresses land in the same inbox, each with the timestamp of the consent that was given.
What an application does to your CRM
Every application is written into your Keepface CRM the same way a manual add is, minus the things a public form must not trigger:
- An existing Keepface influencer with the same platform and handle is reused. Otherwise a new record is minted as private seed, so it never reaches discovery, search or any other workspace.
- The name, email and message go into your brand-private overlay, never onto the shared influencer row. If you already had that contact, your own name and email are kept and the new message is appended under your earlier notes.
- The influencer is added to your workspace’s hidden CRM list, so it appears in your CRM.
- No profile scrape is started. A public form must not spend paid enrichment per submission, so the CRM shows the handle and the profile fills in once you act on it.
You also get a notification email at the company owner’s address when an application arrives.
Insights
The Insights section covers the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
- Views and clicks per day, as a two-bar chart.
- CTR, clicks divided by views. Left empty when there were no views.
- Clicks by link, so you can see which block is actually doing the work.
- Countries, ranked by clicks then views, each with its own click rate.
- Devices, with a share of views as a percentage.
- Traffic sources, ranked like countries.
Two honest limits worth knowing:
- Views and clicks refresh roughly every 15 minutes, so a link you just shared will not show instantly.
- Country, device and source breakdowns started being collected on 2026-09-21. A range that reaches back before that day still has totals, but no breakdown rows for the earlier days.
The headline card at the top depends on your page type: influencer applications for a Find influencers page, product clicks for a Sell products page, social clicks for a Grow audience page.
Who can read this
Applications and Insights need the workspace’s settings-view right, which Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer all hold. Only Owners and Admins can change the page itself.

Frequently asked questions
Where does an application go besides the inbox?
Into your Keepface CRM. The applicant becomes a workspace-private influencer record in your hidden CRM list, and the name, email and message are stored in your brand-private overlay, never on the shared influencer row.
Which platforms can an applicant give?
Instagram or TikTok. The form accepts a handle or a full profile URL and normalises it to a bare handle.
Can someone apply when the page is hidden?
No. The form only accepts an application when the page is live and the Work with us block is switched on. Otherwise it answers not found.
How fresh are the numbers?
Views and clicks update about every 15 minutes. Country, device and source breakdowns only exist for days from 2026-09-21 onwards, so an older range shows totals without breakdowns.
What does a missing click rate mean?
That there were no views to divide by. Keepface leaves the rate empty rather than printing a made-up percentage.
