Set the page up, blocks and design

Your keepb.io page is built in the Link in bio panel of your company workspace. Nothing is public until setup is finished and the page is switched live.

The six-step setup

1. Claim your link. We suggest your Keepface company name. Short names are easier to remember and share. The field checks availability as you type.
2. Pick what the page is for. Find influencers, Sell products or Grow audience. This decides the block order, see Your brand’s keepb.io page.
3. Pick the platforms your brand is on. Your Instagram handle on Keepface is preselected.
4. Add your links. Your website is filled in already. Empty fields are skipped.
5. Add brand details. Logo, brand name and description. Anything Keepface already holds is prefilled and marked, with an Undo next to it.
6. Apply some colour. Pick a theme, or Custom.

Press through to the end and the page is created. Back out and nothing is created at all.

Content: the blocks

The Content section lists every block on the page. Drag to reorder, and each row has its own switch (“Show on our page”). Add to your page opens a catalogue filed under Suggested, Commerce, Social, Media, Contact, Events and Text.

Work with us, Open campaigns and Products are also in the catalogue, but they are filled by Keepface. Picking them opens the screen where their content is managed (your Applications inbox, your campaigns page, your affiliate page).

Header

The Header section holds the top of the page:

• Logo. JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB. A square logo works best.
• Brand name, up to 80 characters, and description, up to 160 characters.
• Industry and country. Influencers see them under your brand name.
• Stat switches. Choose whether the follower count and the country show. A brand page has no engagement rate, so there is no ER switch.
• Social icons, in the order you drag them. Your Keepface company page sits in this list and shows once it has a public address.

Design

• Theme. Twenty ready-made themes set background, buttons and type in one choice. Several are animated, and some use a short video loop served from Keepface media.
• Custom. Instead of a theme, pick one of ten wallpapers (Light, Plum, Olive, Pink, Peach, Ink, Sage, Navy, White, Black) and one of three button shapes (Professional, Friendly, Modern).
• Font. Seven faces (Sans, Rounded, Classic, Mono, Heavy, Serif, Tech), or Theme default to keep whatever the theme uses.
• Page type. Switching it rearranges the blocks and keeps every link.

Only Owners and Admins can save any of this. Members and Viewers see the panel read-only.
