Bulk message templates

Write a template once with `{first_name}` and `{custom_var}` placeholders. Keepface fills them per-influencer and previews each filled message before send.

Template tokens

Available out of the box:

{first_name}, influencer’s first name
{handle}, primary social handle (e.g. @username)
{niche}, primary niche
{country}, influencer’s country
{custom_1} to {custom_5}, per-influencer custom values you upload via CSV

Write the template

Outreach → New campaign → Message template. Standard rich text + token autocomplete. Save the template for reuse.

Preview before send

The preview screen shows the filled message for the first 5 invitees. Spot bad merges (missing tokens render as {first_name} literally, fix the data) before launching.

Best practice

One personalized variable line beats no personalization. “I loved your recent {custom_1} post” with custom_1 = "skincare routine" per person crushes a generic “I loved your recent content.”

Rate limits

Outreach has rate caps to prevent spam. Bulk send respects them, queueing the send-out over hours rather than all at once.
