Track invitation status, sent, viewed, accepted, declined
Each invitation has six lifecycle states. The inbox lets you filter by state to triage. Re-invite is one-click on declined or expired (with a cooling-off window).
States
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Sent | Delivered to influencer’s inbox + email |
| Viewed | Influencer opened the card |
| Replied | They sent a message, read it; might be a counter, a question, or a clarification |
| Accepted | Commitment locked in; escrow holds budget |
| Declined | Pass. Reason shown if they provided one. |
| Expired | No response within window (typically 5 days) |
Triage
Most useful filters in your campaign inbox:
- Replied, needs your reply within 24h or trust drops
- Viewed, no reply in last 2 days, gentle follow-up may help
- Accepted, track toward deliverable submission
Re-invite
Declined / expired invitations can be re-invited after a cooling-off window (30 days). Use sparingly, repeated re-invites burn goodwill.
Bulk actions
Select multiple Replied → bulk-archive (after replying), or bulk-mark “follow up later” with auto-bounce in 7 days.
