Outreach rate limits
Each campaign + each Brand has hourly and daily send caps. Bulk-sends queue automatically; you don't have to throttle manually.
Defaults
- Per Brand: 200 invitations / hour, 1,500 / day
- Per Campaign: 100 invitations / hour, 600 / day
- First 30 days for new Brands: 50% of the above (trust build)
Why caps
- Influencers get notification fatigue if 500 brands invite them in the same hour
- Platform anti-abuse looks at email-sending velocity; bursts trigger spam classifiers
- Caps let us guarantee deliverability, every invitation Keepface sends actually lands
What bulk send does
Schedules sends evenly across the rate window. Submit 500 invitations at 10:00; they roll out at ~3 per minute across 3 hours rather than instant bombardment.
Higher caps
If your team handles enterprise-scale outreach, contact your account manager to raise caps after verifying volume + reputation history.
