Share a report with stakeholders

Generate a link

Report → Share → Generate read-only link. Copy the URL. Anyone with the link can view the report, no Keepface account needed.

Privacy controls

• Password protect, optional, prompts for it before showing
• Expiry, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or never (recommend 30-90 days)
• Revoke now, kills the link immediately

What the recipient sees

Read-only view, they cannot edit, comment, or export (unless you flag “allow export”). The page hides any sensitive data fields you marked private (e.g. spend, contractual terms).

Tracking

Every link visit logs (timestamp, IP, referer) so you know who actually opened it. Useful if a board asked for it but never looked.

Revoke

Report → Share → Manage links lists all active links with usage stats. Revoke any anytime.
