Switching modes mid-campaign

Self → Escrow upgrade is always allowed mid-campaign. Escrow → Self downgrade is allowed only before any acceptance. Managed conversion needs Keepface approval.

Allowed transitions

  • Self → Escrow, anytime. Funds for accepted influencers lock retroactively from your wallet. Future invitations use Escrow flow.
  • Escrow → Self, only allowed if no influencers have accepted yet. After acceptance, the escrow lock is contractual.
  • Self → Managed, requires Keepface approval; we onboard the campaign first
  • Escrow → Managed, requires Keepface approval

Why upgrades but not downgrades

Once funds are locked in escrow, downgrading to Self would unlock them, which retroactively changes the deal influencers accepted. That’s not fair to the influencer.

How

Campaign → Settings → Service mode → Change. The page warns about implications before confirming.

Fee changes

Fees recalculate per the new mode. Difference billed at next wallet movement (top-up or release).
