What the Strategy Board is

The Strategy Board is a page in your company workspace that reads your brand, asks three questions, and builds a 90-day growth plan you can read, correct, export and turn into campaigns.

The Strategy Board lives in your company workspace at Growth plan (/company/strategy). It takes what it can find out about your brand, asks you the few things it cannot find out, and builds a 90-day influencer growth plan in front of you on a single canvas.

What it actually does

  1. Reads your brand. Four lookups run side by side: your website, the social accounts we already hold for you, campaigns comparable brands have run in your market, and which industry the plan should be written for.
  2. Asks what is left. At most three questions: what you sell and its typical price, your monthly budget, and what would make the next 90 days a success. Every one of them can be skipped.
  3. Builds the plan. A goal, the idea behind it, a set of directions, and under each direction the steps that carry it, each step with how many influencers it contacts, where they post, what it costs and where every one of those figures came from.

See Generate your growth plan for the walk-through.

What it is not

  • It is not outreach. Building a plan invites nobody and messages nobody.
  • It is not a charge. Nothing is charged until you start a step, and starting a step creates a draft campaign that has gone out to nobody.
  • It is not a list of influencers. A step card says how many influencers it contacts, what size they are, which market and which category, and shows a few of them without handles. Names stay behind your own outreach, for the same reason public lists show only 6 samples.

The rules the plan is held to

RuleWhat it means for you
Every figure carries its basisEach number says whether it came from agreements actually made on Keepface, an industry benchmark, something you told us, or our own planning default. A number with nothing behind it is shown as a dash, not invented.
No invented datesPhases carry an order and a length in days. They do not carry start dates, because the calendar is a later part of the product.
No influencer identities travelNot on the exported document, not in the payload.
One goal at a timeThe 90 days are cut into phases and exactly one goal is being optimised for at any point in the plan.

Language and money

The plan is written in the language you wrote your prompt in, not the language your panel happens to be set to. If you type your prompt in Azerbaijani, the plan comes back in Azerbaijani even on an English panel.

Every money figure says which currency it is. Today the board quotes in US dollars, because the influencer rates and peer medians behind those figures are held in US dollars. Campaign currency is a separate thing and still follows your brand wallet, see Set budget and currency.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Strategy Board available to every brand?

Not yet. It is switched on per workspace while we test it against real data. If your workspace is not in the rollout, the page is either absent or says "This page is not available for your workspace." Ask your Keepface contact to add your company.

Does generating a plan send anything to influencers?

No. Building a plan sends nothing, invites nobody and moves no money. The only thing that creates anything is Start on a step, and even that creates a draft campaign that has not gone out to anybody.

Does the board show me the influencers it plans to contact?

It shows what the selection is, how many influencers, what size, which market, which category, and a few examples without handles. The names stay behind your own outreach, the same rule the marketplace lists follow.

How long a plan does it build?

90 days. The plan is cut into phases inside that horizon, each phase with one goal, and no phase carries a calendar date because the calendar does not exist yet.
