I can't approve a deliverable

Most "can't approve" cases are permission scope (you don't have approval rights), insufficient wallet balance for the escrow release, or a dispute already open on the deliverable.

Possible causes

Permission scope

Are you a Viewer or Member without campaigns.approve on this Brand? Owner/Admin always can; Members may need permission overrides. See Manage permissions.

Insufficient wallet balance

Escrow release requires the locked amount to actually flow. If your wallet ran negative (rare, but possible after clawbacks), approval is blocked until you top up.

Existing dispute

If a dispute is already open on the deliverable, the Approve button hides. Resolve the dispute first (withdraw it or wait for resolution).

Stale browser session

Rarer, but a stale session can show outdated state. Hard refresh (Cmd+Shift+R / Ctrl+Shift+R) and retry.

Force-approve via support

Edge cases where the UI blocks you incorrectly, contact support with the campaign ID + deliverable ID. We can force-approve from admin.
