Why didn't my invitation reach the influencer
Check invitation status in your outbox (might be queued for rate limiting), verify the influencer's email isn't bouncing, and confirm they're not in a private_seed state with notifications disabled.
Quick checks
- Outreach → Sent, is the invitation showing “sent” or still “queued”?
- Email delivery, hover the invitation; if the influencer’s email is bouncing, an icon shows
- Notification settings, check if the influencer has muted in-app notifications (we can’t tell directly, but unusual delivery delay is a clue)
Common causes
- Rate limit queue, bulk sends roll out over hours; up to 3 hours for a 500-invitation campaign
- Email bouncing, invalid or full inbox; influencer should update their email in Profile
- Influencer is
private_seed, they exist but haven’t claimed; invitation went to the claim address, not in-app
Force resend
After 24 hours, if still not viewed, you can manually resend from the invitation card. We don’t auto-resend (avoids spam).
Influencer-side fix
The influencer can check Spam folder. Add [email protected] to allowlist. We send from this exact domain, anything else claiming to be Keepface is a phishing attempt.
