Per-brand spending limits

Set a monthly spend cap per Brand. When the cap hits, that Brand's outreach, unlocks, and new campaign launches block until next period or you raise the cap.

How to set

Workspace settings → Brands → [Brand] → Spending limits → set monthly cap in your default currency.

What counts toward the cap

  • Outreach charges attributed to that Brand
  • Unlocks initiated by that Brand’s Members
  • Escrow locks for the Brand’s campaigns

What doesn’t count

  • Wallet top-ups (no debit, just credit)
  • FX spread (Company-level, not Brand-attributed)
  • Spend from other Brands

When the cap hits

  • New campaign launches block with a clear “Brand X has reached monthly cap” error
  • Pending outreach pauses (doesn’t send next batch)
  • Existing escrow locks are unaffected (already spent)

Raise the cap from the same settings page; spend resumes immediately.

Every cap change writes to the audit log, who, when, from what to what value.
