Top up your Company wallet via Stripe; funds become spendable KPC instantly. Bonus credits scale with package size, 5% on $100, up to 15% on $5,000.
You spend on Keepface from your Company wallet. To put money in, you top up via Stripe. Funds appear as KPC (Keepface’s internal credit currency, 1 KPC = $1 USD value).

Bonus packages
We offer bonus KPC for larger top-ups. The bonus is real spendable balance, same as paid balance, with one rule: bonus KPC can’t be withdrawn back to a bank. It’s spend-only.

If you want to fund in EUR, AZN, RON, AED, or SAR (instead of USD), use Stripe’s currency selector. We convert at Stripe’s mid-market rate plus our 2% FX spread, see FX spread. The KPC you receive is the same regardless of source currency.
Refunds
Top-up refunds are only issued in specific scenarios, see Refund policy. General rule: once KPC is in your wallet, it’s yours to spend; we don’t refund top-ups for “I changed my mind.”

How fast does the wallet credit appear?

Can I top up in EUR or another currency?
Yes. Stripe converts to KPC at its mid-market rate plus our 2% FX spread. The KPC you receive is the same regardless of source currency.
Is the bonus KPC withdrawable?
No. Bonus KPC from a promo package is spend-only, it counts as real spendable balance, but it never leaves the wallet as a payout. Only the paid portion can be refunded.
Are top-ups refundable?
Only in specific scenarios documented in the refund policy, e.g., duplicate charges. We don't refund top-ups for "I changed my mind" once KPC is in your wallet.
