Seats, brand workspaces and audit log by plan

Your Influencer CRM tier sets how many team seats and brand workspaces you get, from 1 seat and 1 workspace on Free up to unlimited on Enterprise.

Team size and workspace structure are governed by your Influencer CRM tier. People often look for these under workspace settings, but the limit lives on the plan.

Enterprise is contact-sales on every product, so these are scoped with sales rather than picked at checkout.

Seats

A seat is a person who can sign in to the workspace, whatever their role. Owners, admins, members and viewers all consume one. Roles change what a person can do, not how many people you may have. See Workspace roles.

If you hit the cap, either move someone out of the workspace or move up a tier. There is no single-seat add-on.

Brand workspaces

A Company can hold several Brands, each with its own campaigns and its own attribution in the wallet ledger, all funded from the same Company wallet. The number of Brands you may create is the CRM tier limit above.

If you run many client brands rather than a few of your own, look at the Agency Add-on instead of stacking brand workspaces. See White Label, self-serve.

Audit log

The audit log is a retention window rather than a feature you switch on. Growth keeps three months of history and Enterprise keeps it without a cut-off. On Free and Starter, activity is not retained for review. See Audit log.

Changing the limit

  1. Open Company settings, Billing, Change plan (/company/billing/change-plan).
  2. Move Influencer CRM to the tier that carries the seats and workspaces you need.
  3. Confirm at checkout. The new caps apply as soon as the payment lands.

Frequently asked questions

Which product controls my seat count?

Influencer CRM. Seats, brand workspaces, API access, webhooks, SSO and audit log retention all come from the CRM tier, not from Campaign Management and Reporting.

What happens to extra seats if I downgrade?

Nothing is deleted. You simply cannot invite past the new cap, so plan who stays before you drop a tier.

Can I buy one extra seat instead of moving up a tier?

No. Seats come in the tier, there is no per-seat top-up. If you need more than Growth allows, Enterprise is unlimited and is scoped with sales.

Is the audit log always on?

It is a retention window, not a switch. Free and Starter keep nothing, Growth keeps three months, and Enterprise keeps it without a limit.
