Your brand hub, share, post and boost
Every brand you advocate for gets a hub with Overview, Posts, Leaderboard and Activity, where you can share a company post, publish your own, or boost a post you already published.
If your company runs Employee Advocacy, each brand you belong to gets its own hub at /influencer/brands/<brand>.
Getting in
Two routes:
- Your company imported you. Sign in to keepface.com with the same email they imported, and the brand appears under My Brands.
- Your company shared a join link. Open it, sign in with your work email, and request to join. An admin approves the request, and then the hub appears.
Either way, connect the accounts you post from first. LinkedIn and X connect by OAuth; the rest connect by handle so the platform knows where your reach comes from.
The four pages
| Page | What is on it |
|---|---|
| Overview | Your shares, engagement, points and earned media value, plus your current standing |
| Posts | The shared library: brand posts, teammates’ posts and boosts |
| Leaderboard | Full team standings with a top-three podium and your row highlighted |
| Activity | Your complete timeline |
There is also an Achievements page holding the level journey and the full badge gallery.
Three ways to put something out
1. Share a company post
Pick a post from the library and tap Share. On LinkedIn and X it publishes through your connected account in one step. On every other platform you get a two-step flow: Copy and open takes you to the app with the text ready, then Mark as shared records it here. Worth 10 points.
2. Publish your own post
Write it in the hub and publish. There is no pre-approval queue, and it enters the shared library so teammates can share it in turn. Worth 20 points.
3. Boost a post you already published
If you posted something on your own account without going through Keepface, paste the link and register it as a boost. Keepface pulls the real text and cover image, and your team can then like, repost and comment on it. The original link is the proof, so you cannot register someone else’s post as your own.
How points add up
| Action | Points |
|---|---|
| Own post | 20 |
| Share | 10 |
| Comment on a teammate’s post | 3 |
| Like a teammate’s post | 2 |
| Engagement bonus | 1 per 10 likes plus comments your content earns |
The engagement bonus keeps ticking as your post keeps working, so a piece that lands well quietly outearns a burst of quick shares. Points feed your level, which runs from Rookie at 0 to Icon at 5,000, and both level and badges show on your avatar and the team board.
Prizes
Your brand can put real prizes on the weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly boards: a gadget, a day off, dinner for two. Whatever they set shows on the leaderboard page with a picture, so you always know what you are playing for.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need my employer's approval to post my own content?
No. Own posts go live without pre-approval and enter the shared library so teammates can share them too.
Which platforms can Keepface post to for me?
LinkedIn and X, through the accounts you connected. Everything else is a two-step manual share where you copy, post, then mark it shared.
Can I register a post I published myself, outside Keepface?
Yes. That is a boost. Paste the link and it enters the library so your team can like, repost and comment on it.
Can everyone see the leaderboard?
Yes. The Leaderboard page shows the full team standings with your own row highlighted.
Does my employer see my personal posts?
Only what you put through Keepface. Posts you make on your own accounts that you never shared or registered here are invisible to the platform.
