Your Insiders portal, tasks, rewards and invites

Join through the brand's invite link, verify your email, and you land in a five-tab portal where you do tasks for points, redeem rewards, invite friends and see your full history.

Some brands run an Insiders program on Keepface. You join it as a customer, not as an influencer, and everything happens on a public portal with no app to install.

Joining

  1. Open the brand’s invite link. It looks like keepface.com/insiders/<brand> or the shorter keepface.com/i/<brand>.
  2. Fill the short form: your email, and optionally your name and country.
  3. Confirm you are 18 or older and that you accept the program rules.
  4. Optionally tick the marketing box if you want emails about new missions and rewards. It is optional and separate from joining.
  5. Check your inbox and click the verification link. That drops you straight into the portal.

The whole thing takes under a minute. If you arrived through a friend’s referral link, your friend gets credited automatically once you join.

The five tabs

TabWhat you do there
TasksSee what the brand is asking for and how many points each pays
RewardsSpend points on coupons, drop codes, free products or perks
InviteGet your own referral link and see how many people used it
HistoryYour full points ledger, every credit and debit
ProfileName, locale, Telegram handle, notifications, data export, deletion

Doing a task

Tasks are small: follow the brand on Instagram, leave a Google review, comment on a post, tag them in yours. Each one says up front what it pays.

How it gets confirmed depends on the task:

  • Proof link: you paste the link to what you did, and the brand approves it. Points land after approval, not before.
  • Automatic: some tasks confirm themselves through your connected account or through the platform, and points land instantly.
  • Telegram: some tasks show an Open Telegram button. Tapping it lets the bot confirm the action for you. Tapping twice is safe, you will not be double counted.

If a task sits unapproved for a while, it is waiting on a human at the brand, not on you.

Spending points

The Rewards tab shows what the brand offers and what each costs. Tap Redeem and the points come out of your balance in the same moment the reward is issued, so you can never be charged for nothing. Coupons arrive as a code you can use at their checkout; free products get handed to the brand’s team to fulfil.

Inviting friends

The Invite tab gives you a personal link. Share it anywhere. When someone opens it, the link remembers you for 30 days, so they still count as yours even if they sign up a few days later.

Your privacy

You consent per action, not once and forever. Signing up does not sign you up for marketing unless you ticked that box, and the Profile tab lets you export everything held about you or delete the account outright.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a password?

No. There is no password at all. When you want back in, enter your email on the login page and a fresh sign-in link arrives in your inbox.

How long do I stay signed in?

Thirty days from the last time you used a sign-in link.

What if the email never arrives?

You can request another after a minute, up to five times in 24 hours. Check spam first, and make sure you used the address you signed up with.

Can I leave the program?

Yes. The Profile tab has both a data export and an account deletion option.

Do my points expire?

That is the brand's call. Your History tab shows every credit and debit, so nothing moves without a visible row.
