Holdback period and auto-approval

Sales credit your wallet as Pending. After the brand's holdback period (typically 30 days), they auto-approve and become Available, withdrawable.

The two states

  • Pending, sale attributed but inside holdback window. Visible in your dashboard but not withdrawable.
  • Available, holdback elapsed without refund. Spendable + withdrawable.

Default

30 days. Why? Most refund-eligible windows on e-commerce sites are 14-30 days. Holding commission past the refund window means we don’t pay you on sales that get reversed.

Per-brand variation

Some brands run 60-day holdbacks (longer return windows like furniture, electronics). Others run 14-day (digital products with no physical return). Each offer shows the holdback clearly.

What triggers refund-driven clawback

If the customer refunds within holdback, your pending commission is cancelled before it ever moves to available. No clawback debit needed.

If the refund comes after holdback elapsed, we debit your wallet (adjustment entry). See Refund clawback rules.

Dashboard

Per-sale view shows the exact auto-approval date. Plan withdrawal cadence around it if cash flow matters.
