Shopify’s webhook fires server-side on every order paid, no browser dependency. Brands installing it once get near-100% attribution accuracy for their Shopify orders.

How attribution chains

Customer clicks your link → Keepface stores click ID + drops cookie
Customer buys on Shopify → Shopify fires order/paid webhook to Keepface
Keepface matches the order to the click via cookie (if available) or click ID (passed in cart attributes)
Commission credits to your wallet

Refund handling

Shopify also webhooks on order/refunded. We auto-reverse the commission. If your wallet has insufficient balance to cover the reverse, it runs to a negative balance, recouped from next earnings.

You don’t configure anything

The brand configures the webhook in their Shopify admin and Keepface’s integration page. As an influencer, you just take the link.

Test a brand’s setup

If you want to verify, ask the brand to share a test-order screenshot or check your dashboard for the test sale event after a $1 purchase through your link.
