Rules, daily limits and what gets you removed
Rejected claims cost you nothing, but deliberate abuse resets your Hype to zero and pauses Circle access for 30 days, while XP, levels and badges are never taken away.
Circle works because the numbers are fixed and the verification is real. This is the whole rulebook plus every limit in one place. The authoritative in-app version lives at /influencer/circle/rules.
The six rules, in short
- The pledge. Every like, comment and share you claim was made by you, by hand, from your own account.
- Real support only. Likes are verified against the post’s like growth, comments must be your own words (at least 4 words, letters not just emoji), shares are reposts on your own account that mention or link the original.
- Promote only your own posts. One promotion per post, 7 days in the feed, completed at 25 verified supports, and you can receive at most 1.2 times the support you give over 30 days.
- What is not allowed. Claiming support you did not make, supporting between your own workspaces, coordinating fake support, bots, automation, engagement services, account sharing, promoting content that is not yours, and farming referral rewards with fake accounts.
- Verification and penalties. Claims verify automatically within a few hours. Rejections carry no penalty. Deliberate abuse resets Hype and pauses access for 30 days.
- Good citizenship. Support back the people who support you, welcome newcomers, report what does not belong.
No adult, political, hateful or misleading content. Members can report posts, and reported posts are hidden pending review.

Rejected claims
A rejection means verification could not find your action. Common causes:
- Your social account is private, so the comment list cannot be read
- The comment was deleted, or was under 4 words, or had no letters in it
- The share link was posted on an account that is not yours, or was already used
- The promoted post was deleted or made private by its owner
Nothing is deducted, nothing is recorded against you, and you can support the post again if it is still live.
Suspension
Confirmed abuse triggers one outcome:
| What happens | Detail |
|---|---|
| Hype balance | Reset to zero, recorded in your ledger |
| Circle access | Paused for 30 days, no supporting and no promoting |
| XP, level, badges | Untouched, they are never taken away |
| Notification | Sent in-app and by email, with the reason |
When the period ends, access lifts by itself the next time you open Circle. If you believe it was a mistake, the suspension screen has an Appeal button, which writes to support@keepface.ai, and a human reviews it.
Why the caps exist
- The daily cap keeps your own social account inside normal human behaviour. Supporting 200 posts in an evening is what platforms punish.
- The 1.2x ratio is the anti-freeloader rule. It is what stops Circle turning into a queue of people who only take.
- The completion cap of 25 spreads support around instead of letting one post absorb the whole community.
- The report threshold of 2 takes questionable content out of the feed quickly, before it collects support.
Privacy
Other members see your supports inside Circle, that is what makes the community work, and your member profile shows level, badges, generosity stats and your active promotions. Nothing is posted to your social accounts by Keepface, ever, and contact details, earnings and private profile fields are not exposed to other members.

Frequently asked questions
Will a rejected claim get me suspended?
No. Claims that cannot be verified are rejected without penalty, and that alone never suspends anyone. Suspension is for deliberate abuse, like fake claims, promoting posts that are not yours or coordinated fraud.
What exactly happens in a suspension?
Your Hype balance resets to zero and supporting and promoting are paused for 30 days. Your XP, level and badges stay yours, and access lifts automatically when the period ends.
How do I appeal?
Use the Appeal button on your Circle page, which writes to support@keepface.ai. A human reviews it.
Does Keepface ever post, like or comment for me?
Never. Circle records claims and verifies them afterwards. Every action is made by you, by hand, in your own social app.
Do I lose my level if I go quiet for a month?
No. XP only goes up, so levels and badges are permanent. Only your daily streak resets, and a Streak Freeze covers one missed day.
