Join your first circle

Joining Circle takes one connected social account plus accepting the Community Rules, which pays a 20 Hype starter grant and puts you in the official Keepface Circle automatically.

Joining happens in two layers: first you join Keepface Circle itself (one time, rules acceptance), then you join individual circles, which are topic groups with their own stream and chat.

Step 1, join Keepface Circle

  1. Connect at least one social account in your influencer settings. Any platform counts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn or X). See Connect your social accounts.
  2. Open Circle in the sidebar. If no account is connected you will see the “Connect a social account to join Circle” gate instead of the hub.
  3. Read the welcome screen and the Community Rules, then accept them. Accepting is the actual join moment.

What lands the second you accept:

WhatAmount or effect
Starter grant20 Hype, enough for one promotion at Member level
Official circleYou are added to the Keepface Circle community automatically
Founder badgeAwarded only to the first 100 members ever, then never again

If you later leave the official Keepface Circle, you are not re-added automatically.

Step 2, find circles worth joining

Open the Circles view. Circles are grouped so you can tell a live one from a quiet one:

  • Recommended, matched on your country and your profile category
  • Trending, scored on the last 7 days of joins, posts and supports
  • All circles, ranked by member count

Each card shows the member count, live promoted posts, combined member reach and a health figure (the share of active members who supported a post in the last 14 days). A circle with many members and no health is a circle that will not support you back.

Step 3, join

Circle typeWhat happens when you hit Join
PublicYou become an active member immediately
PrivateYour request goes to the owner and sits as pending until they decide
Any type, via invite linkYou join instantly, the token skips approval

Two states block a rejoin: if a moderator removed you, you can join again after 24 hours, and if you were banned you stay out until an owner or moderator lifts the ban.

Step 4, set the circle up for yourself

  • Star a circle to pin it to its own group at the top of your sidebar.
  • Bell menu per circle: all notifications, just mentions, or mute. You can also mute temporarily for a set number of minutes, up to 30 days.
  • Actionable events always reach you whatever the setting: invites, join requests, decisions about your membership, removals and bans.

Account-wide notification settings live in Notification preferences.

Your first hour in a circle

  1. Read the stream to see what the circle actually posts about.
  2. Support two or three posts properly, see Support other members. Your first ever verified support pays double Hype.
  3. Say hello in chat. Mentions and replies are covered in Circle chat, mentions and direct messages.
  4. Once you have Hype, promote a post.

If nothing fits

Create your own. You can own up to 3 circles, invite the people you rate, and run it your way, see Create your own circle and run it.

Frequently asked questions

Why does Circle ask for a connected social account first?

Every support claim is verified by matching your handle against the real post. With no connected handle there is nothing to verify, so the join gate holds until you connect one account on any supported platform.

Do I have to join a circle, or is Circle enough on its own?

Accepting the rules is enough to use the Feed. You are also placed in the official Keepface Circle automatically, and you can join or create topic circles on top of that.

A circle did not let me in. Why?

Private circles need the owner to approve your request. If you were removed from that circle earlier you have to wait 24 hours before rejoining, and if you were banned you cannot rejoin until a moderator lifts the ban.

Can I leave a circle later?

Yes, any member can leave any circle at any time. The one exception is an owner, who cannot leave their own circle.
