Add a draft for brand approval

Some campaigns require draft approval before you publish. Upload the file (mp4/png/mov), wait for brand sign-off, then publish + submit the final URL.

When draft-first is required

  • Highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, alcohol, gambling)
  • Specific brand-voice campaigns where post-publish edits are costly
  • Brand explicit preference

The brief tells you upfront whether draft approval is needed.

How

  1. Campaign chat → Submit draft
  2. Upload the file (up to 1 GB)
  3. Add caption draft (text)
  4. Add voiceover / music notes
  5. Submit

Brand response

Within an agreed window (often 48-72 hours), the brand approves, rejects, or requests revisions. Once approved, you publish on the agreed date and submit the final published URL.

Don’t publish before approval

Posting before draft approval forfeits dispute protection. If the brand wanted changes and you’d already gone live, that’s on you.

File limits

1 GB per draft. Multiple drafts allowed (different deliverables of a stacked campaign). 4K resolution welcomed for quality preview.
