Each month Keepface auto-generates a PDF statement summarizing earnings, payouts, and FX spread. Annual statement combines them for tax filing.
Monthly statement
Auto-generated on the 1st of each month for the previous month. Contains:
- Total earnings by source (campaigns, unlocks, outreach revshare, affiliate)
- Total payouts (sum of withdrawals that left the wallet)
- FX spread paid
- Ending wallet balance per currency

Annual statement
Generated within 2 weeks of year-end. Same data, rolled to the year. This is the document most tax accountants want.
Custom ranges
Need a specific date range (e.g. a partial year because you started mid-year)? Wallet → Statements → Custom range generates one on demand.
Verification
Each statement is signed (cryptographic hash on the PDF) so a third party can verify it wasn’t edited. Tax authorities accept this in audit contexts.
