Switch between profiles
Top-left workspace switcher → click any profile to switch. Or `Cmd/Ctrl + K → switch workspace` for keyboard-only. Each profile remembers where you left off.
Three ways to switch
- Switcher dropdown (top-left), click your active workspace name, pick from the list
- Keyboard shortcut,
Cmd/Ctrl + Kopens command palette → type “switch” → pick target - Direct URL, bookmark each profile’s URL pattern (
app.keepface.ai/w/{workspace-id}/...); browser back-stack works as expected
Last-page memory
Each workspace remembers the last page you visited. Switching back drops you there, not at the dashboard. Useful when you’re juggling two campaigns across two profiles.
Notifications
By default, notifications from all your workspaces aggregate in the User-level bell. You can filter by workspace from the bell dropdown. Email notifications are sent regardless of which workspace you’re currently active in.
Quick toggle on mobile
The mobile app also supports profile switching from the sidebar, same workspace list, same last-page memory.
