Invitation expiry rules
Default 5-day window. Time-sensitive campaigns (launches, events) may be 24-48h. Expired invitations can be re-sent by the brand if context changes.
Default
5 days from send. The window is shown clearly on every invitation.
Shorter windows
- Event campaigns (launches, news cycles), often 24-48 hours
- Trial campaigns with limited slots, first-N first-locked
The expiry is always visible upfront, read it before scheduling other work.
What expiry means
- The invitation goes inactive, you can’t accept after expiry
- The brand sees “expired, no response” status
- Your match score takes a small hit (rare, less than declining)
Re-invite
The brand can re-send an invitation after expiry. Common when:
- Their first batch of N influencers didn’t fill the campaign
- They’ve extended the campaign date and want to retry your slot
- They’ve adjusted budget upward
If the campaign was originally interesting to you, the re-invite is a sign they value you specifically.
