What a quote request looks like
When a brand runs a campaign in Creator-Quote mode you name your own fee after accepting, and the card shows exactly what you receive after the Keepface 20 percent before you send it.
Most invitations show what the brand pays. Some do not, because the brand chose to ask instead. Those campaigns run in Creator-Quote mode, and the price is yours to name.
Where the quote card is
Accept the invitation first. On the campaign page, in place of the usual fixed payment card, you get Your price for this campaign: one amount field in the campaign’s currency, and a breakdown underneath.
Read the breakdown before you send
As you type, three lines update:
| Line | What it is |
|---|---|
| You’ll receive | 80 percent of what you type, the amount that lands in your wallet |
| Keepface fee (20%) | The platform’s share of the payment |
| Brand pays | The number you typed |
So the number you send is the gross. If you want to take home 200, ask for 250.
Sending your price
Four channels all land on the same proposal, so use whichever is in front of you:
- The campaign page in the app.
- The WhatsApp bot, if the brand reached you there. Reply with a plain number.
- The Telegram bot, the same way.
- The single-use link in the invitation email, which signs you in and opens the form.
There is only ever one proposal per campaign. A new number replaces the old one rather than adding a second offer.
What happens after you send
| State you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Waiting for brand to decide | The proposal is in the brand’s inbox. You can still tap Change my price. |
| Accepted | The brand agreed and the amount is reserved for you. A Withdraw button stays available. |
| Brand declined this proposal | Final for this campaign. |
| You withdrew this proposal | You pulled it back. Send a new price reopens the form. |
An accepted price becomes the agreed price for the campaign. Payment is released after your submitted content is approved, exactly like any other fixed payment. See How earnings land in your wallet.
Pricing yourself sensibly
- Price the whole package, every deliverable in the brief, not one post.
- Factor in usage rights and exclusivity. Perpetual reuse or a competitor ban is worth real money.
- Remember the 20 percent. Quote gross, think net.
- A declined proposal is final on that campaign, so a wildly speculative number costs you the whole opportunity rather than starting a negotiation.

Frequently asked questions
Why does this campaign not show a fee?
The brand chose Creator-Quote mode, which means they are not naming a price. You send your price and they accept or decline it.
How much do I actually receive?
80 percent of the number you send. The card breaks it out before you submit, so you can work backwards from the amount you want to take home.
Can I change my price after sending it?
While the brand has not decided yet, yes. Tap "Change my price" and send a new number, which replaces the old one.
Can I back out after the brand accepts?
Yes, the accepted card has a Withdraw button. You can then send a new price if you want, and it goes back to the brand as a new proposal.
What if the brand declines?
That is final for that campaign. You cannot send another price for it.
Can I reply with my price on WhatsApp instead?
Yes. If the brand reached you on WhatsApp or Telegram, the bot asks for your price and you reply with a plain number, for example 250. Anything that is not a number gets a reminder to send digits only.
