Claim your keepb.io link

Open Link in bio, press "Create my keepb.io page", choose your username in step 1, and finish six prefilled steps to publish `keepb.io/yourname`.

Your keepb.io page does not exist until you ask for one. This is deliberate: nothing is published in your name without you choosing it.

Claim and create

  1. Open Link in bio in your influencer panel.
  2. Read the empty state and press Create my keepb.io page.
  3. Step 1, Choose your link. Type the name you want. Keepface suggests your Keepface handle and checks availability as you type, showing Available, Already taken or This name is reserved.
  4. Step 2, What do you want from your page? Pick Work with brands, Earn from sales or Grow my audience. This sets your starting layout and you can change it later.
  5. Step 3, Which platforms are you on? The platforms already connected to Keepface are preselected.
  6. Step 4, Add your links. Keepface fills in what it already knows. Empty fields are skipped.
  7. Step 5, Add profile details. Your photo, display name and bio, prefilled from your profile.
  8. Step 6, Let’s apply some color. Pick a wallpaper and button shape. Everything here can be changed later in Design.

Press Create my page. A live phone preview sits beside every step, so you see the page before it exists.

Username rules

Capital letters are folded to lowercase, so keepb.io/Aysel resolves to keepb.io/aysel.

If you came from the keepb.io landing page

The public keepb.io site lets anyone check a name before having an account. When you claim there and then sign up with email, Google or Apple, the claimed name follows you through signup and you land straight on the Link in bio panel with it filled in. The claim is kept for 30 days.

The same happens from a 404: visiting a free name on keepb.io shows a page offering that name rather than a dead end.

Changing your name later

Open Header, edit the Username field and save. The panel checks availability the same way setup does. Your previous name is held for you for 90 days and redirects to the new one, so a bio link you have not updated yet still works.

Do not give a name up and expect to take it back immediately: a released name stays held against everyone else for the rest of that window.

After setup

Frequently asked questions

What characters can a username use?

3 to 30 characters, lowercase letters, numbers, dots, dashes and underscores, starting and ending with a letter or number.

Can I change my username later?

Yes, any time from Header. Your old link keeps redirecting to the new one for 90 days.

Why does it say a name is reserved?

Some names are kept for Keepface itself, such as go, api, app, help, admin, support and official. Pick another.

Is my page live as soon as I finish setup?

Yes, unless you turn off "Page is live" in Settings. While it is off, visitors see a not-found page.

I claimed a name on keepb.io before signing up. Is it kept?

Yes. The claim travels with you through signup for 30 days and the panel opens with that name filled in.
