Header, country, engagement rate and social icons

Header holds your photo, display name, bio, username and niche, three switches for followers, country and engagement rate, and the social icon list.

The header is the top of your keepb.io page: your photo, your name, your bio and the stats a brand reads first. You edit all of it in Header.

Profile

FieldNotes
PhotoJPG, PNG or WebP. A square picture works best.
Display nameThe name shown under your photo.
BioA short line about you, shown under the name.
UsernameYour keepb.io address. The old one redirects for 90 days after a change.
NicheChosen from the Keepface category list, for example Travel, Beauty or Food.

A verified tick appears beside your name once your account is confirmed. You do not switch it on; it follows your confirmed accounts.

Your niche belongs to the media kit, so it shows on a Work with brands page. See Themes, wallpapers, fonts and button styles for how the page types differ.

Stats under your name

Three switches decide what shows under your name. Each row also shows the value Keepface currently has, or says it has none yet.

SwitchWhat it showsDefault
Show total followersYour follower total across connected platformsOn for Work with brands and Grow my audience
CountryYour country, with its flagOn for Work with brands
EngagementYour engagement rate, as a percentageOff everywhere

Engagement is off until you turn it on, on purpose: it is your number to publish or not. If Keepface has no value for a stat, switching it on shows nothing rather than a placeholder.

On a Work with brands page these become the cells of a media kit header. On the other page types they sit on one quiet line.

Social icons

Below the profile fields is your list of social accounts. Each row is an icon and a handle, and each has its own on or off switch.

  1. Scroll to Add social icon at the foot of the list.
  2. Pick a platform: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, WhatsApp, Telegram, Website, Spotify, Threads, Facebook, X, LinkedIn or Snapchat.
  3. Type the username, not the full address. Keepface builds the link.
  4. Press Add.

Notes on the list:

  • Accounts on the same platform are grouped together, and dragging moves the whole group.
  • A platform can hold up to 20 accounts, so second and third profiles are fine.
  • WhatsApp and Telegram stay hidden until you switch them on. Brands can always reach you through Work with me instead.
  • The Keepface row is always first, has no field to type in and no delete, only a switch. It shows on your page once your Keepface profile is public.

Where the icons appear

On Work with brands and Earn from sales pages the icons sit in the header, right under your bio. On a Grow my audience page they become large platform buttons at the top of the body instead, with your follower counts.

Frequently asked questions

Is my engagement rate shown by default?

No. Engagement stays off until you switch it on in Header.

Where do the numbers come from?

From Keepface, using your connected accounts. If Keepface has no value yet, the row says so instead of showing a made up number.

Can I show more than one account per platform?

Yes, up to 20 per platform. They are grouped together under that platform's icon.

What is the Keepface row that has no field to fill in?

The link to your Keepface profile. Keepface keeps it in step with your profile, so it has only an on or off switch, and it is always first.

Where did the Widgets page go?

It was retired. Every block now has its own switch in Content and on its own setup screen, so the old address sends you to Content.
