Collect brand inquiries from your page
Switch on Work with me and brands send you a request from your page with their name, email, message and optional budget; it arrives in Inquiries, and your own email stays private.
A keepb.io page is not just a list of links. The Work with me block puts a short form on it, and every brand that fills it in reaches you inside Keepface instead of by email.
Switch it on
- Open Link in bio, then Content.
- Find the Work with me row, or press Add block and pick it from Suggested or Contact.
- Turn its switch on.
On a Work with brands page it is already the large call to action at the top. On the other page types it sits lower down as a button. See Themes, wallpapers, fonts and button styles.
What a brand fills in
| Field | Required | Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Brand name | Yes | 120 characters |
| Yes | 200 characters | |
| Message | Yes | 2000 characters |
| Budget | No | 60 characters |
The form is protected by a challenge before anything is sent, so the inbox stays usable.
Your inbox
Open Inquiries in the Link in bio panel. It has two tabs:
- Inbox, everything that has not been archived, newest first, with an unread count
- Archived, everything you have put away
Open a row to read the whole message. From there you can:
- Reply by email, which opens your mail app with the subject “Your collaboration request on keepb.io/yourname” already set
- Mark as read or Mark as unread
- Archive it, or Move to inbox from the Archived tab
You are notified when a new inquiry arrives, so you do not have to check the tab by hand.
Email signups
The Email signup block collects addresses with a consent box the visitor must tick. Those arrive in the same inbox, carrying the name they gave and the moment they consented, so you have a record of permission for each address.
One Email signup block per page. Its setup screen lets you set what the block says, the button label, the message shown after signing up, and whether to ask for a name.
Good practice
- Say what you want in the block’s title: “Work with me” is the default, but “Collaborations and rates” tells a brand more.
- Add a PDF media kit near the form so a brand can read your numbers before writing.
- Keep the Portfolio block above the form, so the request arrives from someone who has seen your work.
- Reply from the address you want the relationship to live on. Keepface does not send the reply for you.

Frequently asked questions
Does the brand see my email address?
No. They fill in a form and the request arrives inside Keepface. You choose whether to reply.
Is the budget field required?
No. When a brand leaves it empty the inquiry shows "Not given" rather than a guessed number.
How do I reply?
Open the inquiry and press Reply by email. It opens your own mail app with the subject already filled in.
What stops spam?
The form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile before it reaches Keepface, and every field has a length limit.
Do email signups arrive here too?
Yes. Addresses left in the Email signup block land in the same inbox, with the moment the visitor ticked the consent box.
