Show your work with the Portfolio block

Portfolio shows up to 6 posts as a grid on your keepb.io page, using your curated Keepface portfolio when you have one and your recent posts when you do not.

The Portfolio block is the piece of your keepb.io page that shows what you actually make. It is a grid of your posts, each one opening the original on the platform it was published to.

Where its posts come from

Keepface fills the block for you, in this order:

  1. Your curated Keepface portfolio. The items you have picked and ordered in your profile, pinned ones first, then your own order.
  2. Your recent posts. If you have not curated anything yet, the block falls back to the recent posts of your primary connected account.

Either way the grid shows at most 6 posts, and each one keeps the view and like counts Keepface has for it.

Add or arrange it

  1. Open Link in bio, then Content.
  2. If the block is not there, press Add block and pick Portfolio from Suggested, Media or Social.
  3. Drag its row to where you want it on the page.
  4. Use the switch on the row to hide it without deleting it.

On a Grow my audience page the Portfolio sits high, right after the platform buttons and your links. On the other page types it follows your own links.

When the block is showing curated items and your Keepface profile is public, a See full portfolio link appears under the grid. It opens your Keepface profile straight onto its Portfolio tab, so a brand that wants more than six posts gets all of them.

The link is deliberately absent in two cases:

  • The block is falling back to recent posts, so there is no curated set to open
  • Your Keepface profile is not public, so the destination would not load for a visitor

Curating what it shows

The block has no content of its own to edit. Its setup screen sends you to your Keepface portfolio, which is where you pick, order and pin items. Anything you change there is reflected on your keepb.io page.

If a post you expect is missing, check that Keepface has both a stored picture and a working post address for it. Items missing either are skipped, because a broken tile looks worse than a shorter grid.

Why it matters for brands

On a Work with brands page, the portfolio sits directly under your media kit header and your Work with me button. A brand that lands from your Instagram bio sees your numbers, your recent work and a way to contact you without leaving the page.

Frequently asked questions

How many posts does the block show?

Up to 6. Curated items are used in your panel order, pinned ones first.

What shows if I have not curated a portfolio?

The recent posts of your primary connected account, so the block is never empty once your socials are connected.

Why is there no "See full portfolio" link on my page?

That link only appears for curated portfolio items on a Keepface profile the public can see. Recent posts have no fuller page to open.

Can I have two Portfolio blocks?

No. One per page. You can move it, rename it or switch it off.

A post is missing from the grid. Why?

A post needs a stored picture and a working post address. Items without both are skipped rather than shown broken.
