The brand isn't responding

Send one polite follow-up after 3 days of silence. If still no response after 7 days, archive the thread. Don't take silence personally, brands juggle dozens of threads.

Cadence

  • Days 1-3, wait; many brands batch-review every 2-3 days
  • Day 4, one polite follow-up. Keep it short. “Hi, checking in on this. Happy to discuss when you have a moment.”
  • Day 7, archive the thread. Move on.

What to follow up

  • The campaign hasn’t expired (still actionable on the brand’s side)
  • They previously engaged, viewed, partially replied, asked a question
  • You’re not on hold for them; you have other capacity

Don’t follow up

  • They explicitly declined
  • The invitation has expired and they haven’t re-invited
  • The thread feels low-quality (vague brief, suspicious brand)

Escalation

If a brand owes you money on an approved deliverable and isn’t responding to release queries, that’s not “not responding”, that’s a dispute candidate. Contact Keepface support via the campaign’s Escalate menu.
