What is Customer Advocacy

Customer Advocacy lets a brand activate its own customers as referral partners, UGC creators, and review sources, runs on the same workspace as your influencer campaigns.

Customer Advocacy (CA) is one of Keepface’s six products. It runs inside the same Company workspace where you do influencer marketing, so you get one wallet, one ledger, one set of policies, but two distinct audience streams.

Why a brand uses CA

Existing customers convert better than cold outreach. CA gives you the tooling to turn that into a repeatable engine:

  • Acquire new customers via referrals from happy ones
  • Build social proof via UGC (legally rights-managed)

Same infra, different audience

CA reuses every Keepface primitive, campaigns, briefs, escrow, wallet, reporting, but flags participants as audience_type=customer. Customers stay private_seed (invisible to the public marketplace). HR Manager-role users (relevant for EA) can’t see customer data; permission boundaries enforce it.
