Collect reviews and syndicate (Trustpilot, Google)
Request → response → syndicate. Keepface emails a customer N days after their order, captures rating + body + photo evidence, then publishes to Trustpilot, Google Reviews, or your product page in parallel.
The 3-step flow
1. Request
Trigger automatically (X days post-order via the Trigger Scheduler) or manually from Reviews → New request. Customer receives an email with a magic link to your hosted review page.
2. Response
The page captures rating (1-5), text body, and optional photo evidence. Submission is verified (one-time link, IP throttled) and stored against the customer record.
3. Syndicate
For each captured review, you can syndicate to one or more external destinations:
- Trustpilot, via API
- Google Reviews, via Place API where eligible
- Your product page, JSON snippet for embed
- Marketplace.keepface.ai, your Brand’s reviews tab
All three publishes log to syndicated_to so you have one audit trail.
Auto-suppress low ratings
Optional: ratings below a threshold (e.g. ≤2 stars) don’t auto-syndicate, they route to your support inbox first, so you can resolve before public publication. Configure under Reviews → Settings.
