VIP tiers segment your customer base into four levels using a configurable scoring formula. Higher tiers unlock bigger rewards in your referral, UGC, and review programs.
VIP tiers turn a flat customer list into a value-aware segmentation you can act on.
The four tiers

| Bronze | Any customer with at least one purchase + granted consent |
| Silver | Repeat buyer or single high-value order |
| Gold | Sustained LTV + at least one referral or UGC grant |
| Platinum | Top 1% by LTV or Promoter NPS sustained over 12 months |
Auto-classify
A nightly job runs the tier classifier against your scoring formula. Customers move up automatically when they cross thresholds; downgrades happen only when activity goes dormant for 12+ months.
Configure the formula
Settings → VIP tiers → weight LTV, referral count, UGC grants, NPS score, recency. Pick thresholds per tier. Defaults are sensible; tune to your industry.
